Note: Our services are not be applicable for those users who have blogs at WordPress.com, but are intended more for those who who have self-hosted WordPress blogs.
Is This a Free Service?
We occasionally post free advice and tips in Twitter stream, but there are fees for our services.
How Do Your Fees Work?
Our current hourly rates are:
- Simple fixes and tweaks: $125/hr
- Complex design work, theme customizations, & advanced programming: $125/hr
- Migrations and installations: $125/hr
- Database fixes, hacks, and white screen removals: $125/hr
- Blog audits: $200 per site
How Do I Pay You?
To immediately engage us, we require you to send us an initial fee of $125 via PayPal, which encompasses our first hour of work with you. Upon completion of the project, we’ll invoice you for the final tally. In some cases, if the project is extensive, we’ll provide an estimate and seek half down to begin.
How Long Does it Take to “Fix” My Blog?
Some fixes are quicker than others. Depending upon the complexity of the project, it may take as little as an hour or a few weeks (particularly with upgrades from older WordPress versions, we may prefer to create a development environment so we are not effecting live sites) to successfully complete.
