The We Fix WP team first discovered blogging sometime in 2005, and we were inspired so much we actually founded our own blogging development company in the same year.
Since then, we’ve played with a bunch of different blogging CMSs and platforms (both hosted and self-hosted solutions). With the launch of WordPress 2.0, we made the decision to focus and develop on it exclusively.
We were impressed with WordPress’s growing community and its various (can we say limitless?) ways to customize the software, plugins, widgets, and themes. This, of course, has a downside, because it can give rise to a variety of issues, including plugin conflicts and theme incompatibilities.
